To extract or replace your old SIM/eSIM with a new eSIM from Zain, please follow these steps: 1. Access the Home page in Zain App: Go to the eSIM section on the Home page. 2. Select SIM to eSIM: You will be prompted to enter your number along with your identification and email information. Fill in the required fields accurately. 3. Select the phone number you want to replace: Please make sure that you have the full phone number with you, as the full phone number that you have selected is masked. Also make sure to add the correct date of birth that you have added to your contract. 4. Payment: Proceed with the payment process for the eSIM extraction. The cost for this service is SAR 50. 5. Identity Authentication: Complete the identity authentication process (also known as Nafath verification). Follow the instructions provided to verify your identity securely. Please note that you won’t be able to access Nafath verification outside KSA. While you where outside KSA, please contact our customer care team for support.   6. SIM replacement form and a QR code: Once the payment and verification process is completed successfully, you will receive a PDF containing the SIM replacement form and a QR code. Both will be available for download within Zain app, and a copy will also be sent to your registered email address.   By following these steps, you can extract your eSIM using Zain.
