To transfer your line and activate an eSIM, please follow the below steps: 1. Navigate to the eSIM section on the Home page of Zain app, and choose Switch to Zain eSIM option. 2. Order Journey: - Choose your preferred package. - Fill the required information. - Follow the ID validation process to verify the ID owner. Please ensure that the entered contact number belongs to the entered ID/Iqama. 3. Complete the payment process. 4. Complete Nafath step. Please note that you won’t be able to access Nafath verification outside KSA. While you where outside KSA, please contact our customer care team for support. 5. Line Transfer Process: After you complete Nafath step successfully, the transfer process will start. Usually, your line will be transferred from your current operator to Zain within 30 minutes. Please note that Line Transfer Process might take more than 30 minutes. The cause of this delay is usually your current operator as they need to fulfill transfer line process from their side before starting the process. * Please make sure that you don’t have any overdue with your current operator and Zain KSA. 6. After the Line Transfer Process is done, you should receive an SMS and e-mail to notify you that the process is completed along with the invoice, PDF contract, and eSIM QR code. 7. QR Code Scanning:  1. Go to the Settings on your other device.  2. Choose Cellular.   3. Choose to add Cellular.   4. Add your QR code.
