Follow the below steps to transfer your Zain line: 1. Navigate to Transfer to Zain section on the Home page of Zain app. 2. Choose Prepaid Voice line. 3. Choose your preferred package. 4. Choose Transfer Line option and SIM type. 5. Type your current number and operator. 6. You will do an ID validation check, so please make sure that your contact number is under your ID. 7. You will pay the full monthly price to activate your package. 8. Your order will be submitted, and our delivery team will contact you to deliver the SIM. 9. After receiving the SIM card, you will receive an SMS with an activation link. 10. You need to complete Nafath step to verify your fingerprint. 11. After you complete Nafath step successfully, the transfer process will start. Usually, your line will be transferred from your current operator to Zain within 30 minutes. Please note that Line Transfer Process might take more than 30 minutes. The cause of this delay is usually your current operator, as they need to fulfill the transfer line process from their side before starting the process. 12. After transferring your line successfully, you’ll receive a digital contract and an invoice. * Please make sure that you don’t have any overdue payments with your current operator and Zain KSA.
